Installation ProcedureExhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Replacement

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the KS with the bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the KS bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  2. Connect the KS electrical connector.
  3. Install the intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
