CONDITION
Error code "[7156] Database search is failed" appears when programming or reprogramming.
CAUSE
Incorrect VIN number and/or software ID number entered.
CORRECTION
- Click the OK button on the error window.
- Make sure the correct VIN number and software ID number is entered in the VIN entry window. Use the ECU list (found on Suzuki Pitstop) with the version number which matches the database version installed in your PC.
- Press and hold down the "Ctrl" key of your keyboard and click the "OK" button then release the "Ctrl" key. The Pass-Thru will continue normally.
