Transfer Oil Temperature Sensor Removal and Installation

Removal

1) Hoist vehicle.
2) Drain transfer oil. Removal and Replacement
3) Disconnect transfer oil temperature sensor connector (1), and remove transfer oil temperature sensor (2).






Installation

Reverse removal procedure, noting the following points:

- Use new oil seal.
- Tighten transfer oil temperature sensor to specified torque.

Tightening torque
Transfer oil temperature sensor 12 Nm (1.2 kgf-m, 9.0 lbf-ft)
