Global Refresh for 2021+ Model S

Starting in 2022, some changes were introduced to Model S so that it can be sold in international markets. To help differentiate from older versions, parts that were introduced in this global refresh can be identified by the "Global" in the procedure title, for example: "Headlight - LH (Global) (Remove and Replace)".
