Module - Sunroof Controller (RHD) - Remove And Replace: Removal

  1. Move the LH seat to its rearmost position.
  2. Remove the LH footwell cover Assembly - Cover - Footwell - Driver's (Remove And Replace) .
  3. Carefully peel back the front LH carpet for access.
    CAUTION: Take care not to damage component(s).
  4. Remove the bolts (x3) that secure the LH footwell harness cover (torque 4 N.m).
  5. Disconnect 12V power. See DISCONNECT 12V POWER .
  6. Remove the bolts (x3) that attach the controller to the bulkhead (torque 4 N.m).

  7. Disconnect the sunroof controller harness connectors (x2).

  8. Remove the controller from the vehicle.
