NOTE: This procedure describes how to reinstall the currently installed firmware using a laptop with Toolbox locally connected. The package will not be downloaded from Tesla servers.
  • Partial:  Reinstalls the currently installed firmware package to replaced components having CAN ECUs. Do not use this for MCU, instrument panel (IC), DAS, or FSD module replacements.
  • Full:  Reinstalls the currently installed firmware package to a replaced IC, replaced DAS/FSD module, or replaced components having CAN ECUs. Do not use this for MCU replacements.
