Inspect Door Lock Control Relay (Relay Circuit)

Disconnect the connector from the relay and inspect the connector on the wire harness side as shown in the DOOR LOCK CONTROL RELAY CIRCUIT  table. If circuit is as specified, inspect the door lock signal and key-off power window signal.

Continuity 3-Ground Door lock control switch or door lock key & unlock switch position Lock No Continuity
Continuity 3-Ground Door lock control switch or door lock key & unlock switch position Unlock Continuity
Continuity 4-Ground Door lock control switch or door lock key & unlock switch position Unlock No Continuity
Continuity 4-Ground Door lock control switch or door lock key & unlock switch position Lock Continuity
Continuity 7-Ground Passenger's door courtesy switch position Off (Door Closed) No Continuity
Continuity 7-Ground Passenger's door courtesy switch position On (Door Opened) Continuity
Continuity 9-Ground Driver's door lock switch position Unlock Continuity
Continuity 9-Ground Driver's door lock switch position Lock No Continuity
Continuity 10-Ground Constant Constant Continuity
Continuity 11-Ground Passenger's door lock switch position Unlock Continuity
Continuity 11-Ground Passenger's door lock switch position Lock No Continuity
Continuity 13-Ground Driver's door courtesy switch position Off (Door Closed) No Continuity

Voltage 2-Ground Constant Constant Battery Voltage
Voltage 8-Ground Ignition switch position Lock or ACC No Voltage
Voltage 8-Ground Ignition switch position On Battery Voltage
Voltage 12-Ground Key unlock warning switch position Off (Ignition Key removed) No Voltage
Voltage 12-Ground Key unlock warning switch position On (Ignition Key set) Battery Voltage
(1) If circuit is as specified, inspect the door lock signal and key-off power window signal.
