Main Switch

Inspect the switch continuity between specified terminals. See Fig 1. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch.

1. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal No. 2 and the negative (-) lead to terminal No. 3. See Fig 1.
2. Check that there is continuity between terminals No. 2 and 6 with the main switch pushed on. See Fig 1.
3. Check that there is no continuity between terminals No. 2 and 6 with the main switch pushed off. See Fig 1.
4. If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
