Power Window Driver Switch
The power window driver switch is located on the door, just forward of the pull handle. There is a switch for the driver door, a switch for the passenger door and a button to lock out operation of the passenger switch. The power windows work when the ignition is in the ON position. See Fig 1.
The driver door switch has an "automatic down" feature. The driver window switch has two detents in the down direction. Pushing the switch to the first detent causes the window to move down as long as the switch is engaged. Pushing the switch down to the second detent causes the window to go all the way down even when the switch is released. Pushing up on the switch while the window is going down will cause the window to stop going down.
