Auto Lock/Unlock Function: Programming
- Place gear shift lever to Park and close all doors. Depress and hold driver door power door lock switch in UNLOCK position and turn ignition switch to ON position from OFF position. Within 10 seconds of turning ignition switch to ON position, depress and hold driver door power door lock switch in LOCK position for about 5 seconds.
- OPEN DOOR indicator light, located on service reminder indicators and warning buzzer display center, will flash to indicate the mode has been changed and is stored in body ECU memory. Mode toggles through from Mode 1 to Mode 4.
- One flash of OPEN DOOR indicator light indicates Mode 1 has been selected and stored in body control ECU memory.
- Two flashes of OPEN DOOR indicator light indicates Mode 2 has been selected and stored in body control ECU memory.
- Three flashes of OPEN DOOR indicator light indicates Mode 3 has been selected and stored in body control ECU memory.
- Four flashes of OPEN DOOR indicator light indicates Mode 4 has been selected and stored in body control ECU memory.
- If mode selected and stored in body control ECU memory is not correct, repeat step 1 until correct mode is selected and stored.
