Inspection Procedure

- Check voltage between terminals B1, ACC, IG and GND of multi-display assembly.
- Disconnect the connector from the multi-display assembly.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in VOLTAGE CONDITION
.
Standard:
VOLTAGE CONDITIONTester connection Condition Specified condition B1 - GND1 Always 10 to 14V ACC - GND1 Ignition SW ACC 10 to 14V IG - GND1 Ignition SW ON 10 to 14V
- OK: Proceed to next circuit inspection shown in PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE .
- NG: Go to next step.
- Check continuity between terminal GND1 of multi-display assembly and body ground.
- Disconnect the connector from the multi-display assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in RESISTANCE CONDITION
.
Standard:
RESISTANCE CONDITIONTester connection Condition Specified condition GND1 - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
- OK: Repair or replace harness or connector between navigation ECU and fuse.
- NG: Repair or replace harness or connector between navigation ECU and body ground.
