Front Seat: Reassembly

Install the RH reclining adjuster inside shield with the screw.

Install the LH reclining adjuster inside shield with the screw.

1. Install the seat cushion cover with the new hog rings to the seat cushion pad.
2. Install the seat cushion cover with pad to the seat cushion frame with new hog rings.

1. Install the seatback cover with the new hog rings to the seatback pad.
2. Install the seatback cover with pad to the seatback frame.
   NOTE: When installing hog rings, take care to prevent wrinkles as little as possible.
3. Install the headrest supports.

1. Install the seatback assembly and tighten the 4 bolts temporarily, starting from the front side bolt on the outer side tighten them completely.
   1. Torque: 44 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lbf) 
2. Install the seatback assembly with new hog rings to the seat back frame.

Install the front seat cushion inner shield with the 2 screws.

Install the front seat inner belt with the bolt.

1. Torque: 42 N.m (430 kgf.cm, 30 ft.lbf) 

Install the front seat cushion outer shield and Install the front seat cushion outer lower shield with the 3 screws.

Install the reclining adjuster release handle.
