Wireless Door Lock Control System: Replacement

  1. REPLACE TRANSMITTER BATTERY 
    CAUTION: Special caution should be taken for handling each component as they are precision electronic components.
      CAUTION: Do not pry out the cover forcibly.

    1. Using a screwdriver, open the transmitter case.
    2. CAUTION:
      • Do not push the terminals with a finger.
      • If prying up the batteries (lithium battery) forcibly to remove, the terminals are deformed.
      • Do not replace the batteries with wet hands. Water may cause unexpected rust.
      • Do not touch or move any components inside the transmitter, or it may interfere with the proper operation.
    3. Remove the battery (lithium battery).
    4. CAUTION:
      • Check that the positive side and negative side of the transmitter battery should be faced correctly.
      • Be careful not to bend the electrode of the transmitter battery insertion.
      • Be careful that no dust or oil will adhere to the transmitter case.

    5. Install a new battery (lithium battery) with the positive (+) side up, as shown in Fig 2.
    6. CAUTION: Any damage might cause faulty contact of battery (lithium battery) and terminals.
    7. Check that the rubber cover is not distorted or slipped off, and install the cover.
