Section 363 (Power Door Lock Control System): Adjustment

CHANGE MODE FOR AUTO DOOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING 

Change the mode from the current mode to the next mode in the below sequence when the following conditions are met:

  1. The shift position is "P".
  2. All doors are closed.
  3. Ignition switch is turned to ON from OFF.
  4. Within 5 seconds after completion of step (3), press the door lock manual switch to LOCK from OFF and then keep pressing the switch for more than 5 seconds.

NOTE:
  • The mode can change once when the ignition switch is turned to ON from OFF.
  • After the mode is changed the body ECU performs answer back.
