Inspection Procedure

INSPECT FUSE (PWR, ECU-IG, AM1)
1. Remove the fuses from the instrument panel J/B.
2. Check the resistance.
  Standard: Below 1 Ω
1. NG: REPLACE FUSE
2. OK: Go to next step.
INSPECT RELAY (IG1, PWR)
1. Remove the relay from the instrument panel J/B.
2. Check the resistance of the relay.

1. NG: REPLACE RELAY
2. OK: Go to next step.

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (TO INSTRUMENT JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY)

Disconnect the 1A, 1H and 1L J/B connectors.

Check the voltage and resistance between each terminal of the wire harness side connector and the body ground.

Standard:

TERMINAL SPECIFIED CONDITION

Terminal No.	Condition	Specified Condition
1A-1 - Body ground	Constant	10 to 14 V
1L-16 - Body ground	Constant	Below 1 Ω
1H-10 - 1H-29	Ignition switch ON	Below 1 Ω

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
OK: Go to next step.

CHECK WIRE HARNESS (TO POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH)
1. Disconnect the D9 master switch connector.
2. Check the voltage or resistance between each terminal of the wire harness side connector and the body ground.

1. OK: REPLACE POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSY
2. NG: Go to next step.
CHECK WIRE HARNESS (INSTRUMENT JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY - POWER WINDOW MASTER SWITCH)
1. Disconnect the 1L and 1K J/B connectors.
2. Disconnect the D9 master switch connector.
3. Check the resistance between the wire harness side connectors.

2. OK: REPLACE INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSY
