Inspection Procedure
- READ VALUE OF INTELLIGENT TESTER
- Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3
- Turn the engine switch on (IG) and press the intelligent tester main switch on.
- Read the Data List according to the displays on the tester.
PWR SOURCE CTRL (Power source control ECU):

"ON" (engine switch on (ACC)) appears on the screen.

C: Go to step 2 below.
A: REPLACE POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU
- INSPECT RELAY (Marking: ACC)
- Remove the ACC relay for the instrument panel J/B.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

TESTER CONNECTION SPECIFIED CONDITIONTester Connection Specified Condition 3 - 5 10 kΩ or higher 3-5 Below 1 Ω (when battery voltage is applied to terminals 1 and 2)
NG: REPLACE RELAY
OK: Go to Next Step
- CHECK WIRE HARNESS (ACC RELAY - POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU AND BODY GROUND)
- Disconnect the D44 ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

OK: REPLACE POWER SOURCE CONTROL ECU
