How To Proceed With Troubleshooting
HINT:
The wireless door lock control system troubleshooting procedure is based on the premise that the power door lock control system is operating normally. Check the power door lock control system first before troubleshooting the wireless door lock control system (See HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING ).
Use this procedure to troubleshoot the wireless door lock control system.
- VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP
- CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS
- Interview the customer to confirm the problem (See HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING ).
- DTC CHECK
- Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.
- Clear the DTCs.
- Recheck for DTCs.
