Fuel Lid Lock Control: Installation

INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER
1. Install the lock retainer and turn it clockwise as shown in Fig 1.

INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Attach the claw and install the cable to the lock retainer.

2. Connect the cable from the clamps at the location shown in Fig 3.

INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
1. Connect the cable to the lever.
2. Install the lever with the screw.

1. Install the seat (see INSTALLATION ).
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
PERFORM INITIALIZATION
1. Perform INITIALIZATION .
  NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
