Throttle Body: Inspection

INSPECT THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY

Check the resistance.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

Standard

TESTER CONNECTIONS SPECIFIED CONDITIONS CHART

Tester Connection	Specified Condition
1 (M-) - 2 (M+)	0.3 to 100 n at 20°C (68°F)
3 (E2) - 5 (VC)	2.0 to 4.0 kΩ at 20°C (68°F)

If the result is not as specified, replace the throttle body.
