Customize Parameters

HINT: 

The following can be customized.

NOTE:
  • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.
  • Be sure to make a note of the current settings before customizing.
  • When troubleshooting a function, first make sure that the function is set to the default setting.
  1. SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM 
    COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

    Item Default Contents Setting
    Seat belt warning buzzer b-on Function to turn on/off the seat belt warning buzzer b-on, b-oFF

    HINT: 

    The following item can be customized without using a Techstream.

  2. LIGHTING SYSTEM 
    ILLUMINATED ENTRY

    Display (Item) Default Contents Setting
    Lighting Time 15 (seconds) Changes illumination duration after door closure.
    (It will quickly fade out in case of turning the ignition switch ON)    		 7.5/ 15/ 30
    (seconds)
    I/L ON w/ Door Key Unlock ON Function to light up the room light,
    when unlocking with the door key cylinder.
    (Room light illuminated when room light switch in DOOR position)    		 ON / OFF
    I/L when ACC OFF ON Illuminates light when ignition switch turned from ACC to LOCK.
    (Room light illuminated when room light switch in DOOR position)    		 ON / OFF
    LIGHT CONTROL

    Display (Item) Default Contents Setting
    Light Auto OFF Delay 30 (seconds) Function to keep on lighting the headlight for a certain period of time after closing all the doors with the ignition switch turned OFF from ON under the condition that the light control switch is at HEAD or AUTO with the headlight ON. OFF/ 30/ 60/ 90 (seconds)

    HINT: 

    Sensitivity adjustment can hardly be confirmed. Please check by customer's actual driving.

  3. POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM 
    MAIN BODY

    Display (Item) Default Contents Setting
    Unlock Key Twice ON Unlocks only driver side door when driver side door key cylinder turned to unlock once, and unlocks all doors when turned to unlock twice. For OFF setting, turning it once unlocks all doors. ON / OFF
  4. WIRELESS DOOR LOCK CONTROL SYSTEM 
    MAIN BODY

    Display Default Contents Setting
    Open Door Warning ON If a door is not completely closed and LOCK is pressed, this function sounds a buzzer for 10 seconds ON / OFF
    Hazard Answer Back ON When wireless lock switch on transmitter pressed, illuminates all hazard warning lights once. When unlock switch pressed, all hazard warning lights illuminate twice ON / OFF
    Wireless Buzzer Vol MAX To adjust the volume of the wireless buzzer OFF / MIN / MID1/ MID2 /MID3 / MAX
    Wireless Control ON ON / OFF of wireless door lock function. ON / OFF
    Panic Function ON Operates security alarm when panic switch on transmitter continuously pressed for 1 second ON / OFF
    Unlock 2 Operation ON Function that unlocks driver side door when unlock switch on transmitter is pressed once, and unlocks all doors when pressed twice. If setting is OFF, pressing unlock switch once makes all doors unlock. ON / OFF
    Auto Lock Time 60 seconds Time until relocking after unlocking with wireless door lock function 60 seconds / 30 seconds
    Wireless Auto Lock ON Function of automatically looking doors after unlocking doors with wireless key. ON/OFF
