VVT Sensor: Removal: Removal

REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 11
REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 10
REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 9
REMOVE VVT SENSOR (for Bank 1)
1. Disconnect the VVT sensor connector.

2. Remove the bolt, and then remove the VVT sensor.
REMOVE VVT SENSOR (for Bank 2)
1. Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector (Bank 2) from the wire harness bracket.

2. Disconnect the VVT sensor connector.

3. Remove the bolt, and then remove the VVT sensor.
