Throttle Body: Removal: Removal

  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 14
  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER LOWER  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
  4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT  . Refer to REPLACEMENT - Step 5
  5. REMOVE V-BANK COVER  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 6
  6. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CLEANER HOSE  . Refer to REMOVAL - Step 7
  7. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose.

    2. Disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose.

    3. Disconnect the throttle position sensor and throttle control motor connector.

    4. Remove the 4 bolts, throttle body with motor and gasket.
