INSTALL ECM BRACKET
1. Install the ECM bracket to the ECM with the 2 screws.
INSTALL NO. 2 ECM BRACKET
1. Install the No. 2 ECM bracket to the ECM with the 3 screws.
INSTALL ECM
1. Install the ECM with the 3 bolts.
  Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
2. Pull down the lever to engage the lock and connect the 2 connectors to the ECM.

  NOTE:
  - Make sure that the 2 levers are securely locked.
  - When connecting the connectors, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not become stuck between the connectors and other parts.

PERFORM INITIALIZATION
HINT:

Initialization cannot be completed by only disconnecting and reconnecting the cable of the negative (-) battery terminal.
1. Perform Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) registration. Refer to REGISTRATION .
2. Register the ECM communication ID for the immobiliser system when replacing the ECM. Refer to REGISTRATION .
3. Perform Initialization when replacing the ECM See step 12.
