Rear Speed Sensor: Removal: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SPEED SENSOR 
    1. Remove the following parts:
      1. Rear scuff plate

        Refer to REMOVAL

      2. Rear seat cushion

        Refer to REMOVAL

      3. Tire house trim

        Refer to REMOVAL

    2. Remove the rear speed sensor connector.

      *a LH *b Connector
      *c Clip *d RH
      *e Rear Speed Sensor Wiring Harness - -
    3. Remove the rear speed sensor wiring harness from the clip.
    4. Press the rear speed sensor tab and press out the sensor toward the outside of the vehicle.

      *a Rear Speed Sensor
      *b Tab
    5. Remove the clip.

      *1 Bolt *2 Rear Speed Sensor
      *a Remove Clip While Pressing Arrow Indication. *b Body
      *c Clip - -
      N*m (kgf*cm, ft.*lbf): Specified torque - -
    6. Remove the bolt.
    7. Remove the rear speed sensor.
