DTC P1CCD-96: Sub DC/DC Converter (for Charging) Component Internal Failure [09/2016 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK DTC OUTPUT (PLUG-IN CONTROL)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Plug-in Control / Trouble Codes.
- Check for DTCs.

- The chart above is listed in inspection order of priority.
- Check DTCs that are output at the same time by following the listed order. (The main cause of the malfunction can be determined without performing unnecessary inspections.)
- P1CCD-96 may be output as a result of the malfunction indicated by the DTCs above.
- Turn the power switch off.

- CHECK FUSE (AMD2)
- Check the AMD2 fuse for improper installation.

The fuse is installed securely.
- Remove the AMD2 fuse from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.
*1 No. 1 Engine Room Relay Block and No. 1 Junction Block Assembly *2 AMD2 Fuse - Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Check the AMD2 fuse for improper installation.
- CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER ASSEMBLY CONNECTOR) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the power switch on (READY), unless instructed by the Service Information because this may cause a malfunction.
- Remove the EV charger duct. (for Type A)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21 [09/2016 - 05/2019] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [05/2019 - 07/2020] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 28 [07/2020 - ]
- Check the connector connection for the N75 electric vehicle charger assembly connector.
- Disconnect the N75 electric vehicle charger assembly connector.
- Check the contact pressure of each terminal of the N75 electric vehicle charger assembly connector and check for foreign matter or arc marks on the terminals.

- Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Remove the EV charger duct. (for Type A)

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
