Steering Column Assembly: Installation
- Fit steering column into lower bushing. Make sure flat and concave washers are properly repositioned. With wheels in straight ahead position and steering wheel centered, engage splines in upper universal coupling. Install and tighten pinch bolt.
- Locate steering column on body, then align mounting holes. Insert new bolts and tighten evenly until heads shear. Reinstall plug connectors and attach harness to steering column. Fit plastic cover and reconnect battery.
