Retrieve Programming Datafiles for Telematics Programming

The programming datafiles that are required are located on the VinFast Technical Data Portal, which is a Microsoft SharePoint site.

Please follow the below steps to locate and download the programming datafiles.

1. Insert the USB storage device into your PC. Ensure the USB has been prepared as per the instructions in the previous section.

   Ensure the USB is available for transferring data.

2. Navigate to the following location within the VinFast Technical Data Portal:
   1. https://vinfast.vingroup.net/TechnicalData/XeOTO/3.%20VF%20e34%20-%20Phan%20mem°/o20MHU

3. For Telematics (TBOX) files only, unzip using "Extract here" the contents of the ZIP file to the root directory of the USB device.

   You should now see a folder named "tbox_signed_image_release_USB" appear in the root directory of the USB device.

4. Inside unzip output folder
5. Copy unzip folder to USB
6. Once completed, safely eject the USB from your PC.
