Subwoofer Removal And Installation/Replacement

Mobile Repair Possible:  Van/Car

Removal Procedure: 

1. Disconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
2. Remove lower c-pillar trim (left side). Refer to C-PILLAR LOWER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT

3. Unlock and disconnect electrical connector (1).
4. Remove 3 screws (2).

   Torque: 4 Nm 

5. Remove screw (3).

   Torque: 3 Nm 

6. Remove the subwoofer (4).

Installation Procedure: 

1. Installation is the reverse of removal procedure, noting the following. All fasteners must be tightened to torque specification! 
2. Install C-pillar trim panel lower (left side). Refer to C-PILLAR LOWER TRIM PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT
3. Reconnect the 12V battery negative terminal. Refer to 12V BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION
