Repair Actions

1. Check for communication faults with RLB_L from other ECU's and investigate faults with RLB_L module.
2. If fault returns, check for communication faults from the BCM-LIN4 communication BUS linking BCM and RLB_L and investigate faults with BCM-LIN4 Communication BUS
3. If fault returns, replace RLB_L and clear DTC
4. If fault returns, replace BCM and clear DTC
