Reactivating Automatic Window Functions: Passat

If vehicle battery is disconnected or battery becomes discharged, window automatic closing and opening feature will be disabled. To reactivate automatic window functions, close all windows and doors.
Using key, lock vehicle from either driver's door or passenger door. Hold key in lock position for at least one second. Automatic closing/opening is now reactivated.
