Torque Converter: Notes

ATF pump is driven via the torque converter.

When installing the torque converter, make sure that both drive pins engage in the recesses in the ATF pump inner wheel.

There are different types of torque converter, which can be identified by the code letters (arrow). See Fig 1 .
