Selecting Read Measuring Value Block (Function 08)

1. Connect VAS 5051, switch on ignition, select operating mode "Vehicle Self-Diagnosis". See Figure .
2. Select address word "25 - Immobilizer".
3. After control module identification is displayed: Indicated on display: Select "08 - Read Measuring Value Block".
4. Enter desired display group number from display and confirm entry by selecting "Q". See Fig 1 .

• Measuring value block always indicates condition of immobilizer that was valid after ignition was switched on.
• A change in this condition due to electrical malfunctions that occurred since ignition was switched on will not be indicated until ignition is switched on again and the function "Read Measuring Value Block" is called up again.
