ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 4 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- /ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 5 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- AND ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 6 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- AND ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- AND ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Disconnect the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- from the ABS Control Module -J104-. Refer to ABS CONTROL MODULE, SEPARATING FROM ABS HYDRAULIC UNIT .
ABS Control Module -J104-
- Removing and installing 4 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- /ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 5 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- AND ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 6 Cylinder Gasoline Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- AND ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and installing 4 Cylinder Diesel Engine. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- AND ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Disconnect the ABS Control Module -J104- from the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-, refer to ABS CONTROL MODULE, SEPARATING FROM ABS HYDRAULIC UNIT
Bolt
- 2 Nm ± 0.8 Nm
- Quantity: 4
- Always replace if removed.
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- To left front brake caliper.
- Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M10 x 1 thread.
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- for the master brake cylinder/primary piston circuit.
- Identification: 6.5 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread.
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- To right front brake caliper.
- Identification: 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread.
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- for the master brake cylinder/secondary piston circuit.
- Identification: 6.5 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread.
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- Master brake cylinder/primary piston circuit for the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-.
- Identification: 6.5 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- Master brake cylinder/secondary piston circuit for the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-.
- Identification: 6.5 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread
Brake Booster
- Overview, refer to BRAKE BOOSTER AND MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER OVERVIEW .
- Removing and installing, with 5-cylinder gasoline engine, refer to BRAKE BOOSTER .
- Removing and installing, with 6-cylinder gasoline engine, refer to BRAKE BOOSTER .
- Removing and installing, with a 4-cylinder diesel engine, refer to BRAKE BOOSTER .
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- To left rear brake caliper/brake cylinder.
- Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M12 x 1 thread.
Brake Line
- 14 Nm
- To the right rear brake caliper/brake cylinder.
- Identification: Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with M10 x 1 thread.
Hex Bolt
- 8 Nm
Rubber Insulation
Bracket
- After installing, make sure it fits properly.

- Do not press the rubber bushings out of the bracket when installing the mount.
