Checking Resistance
-- Measure the resistance of the Reducing Agent Line Heater (Heating Circuit 2) -Z104- connector terminals 1 and 2.
Specified value: 2.4 Ω (+/- 1Ω)
If the specification was Not obtained:
-- replace the Reducing Agent Line Heater (Heating Circuit 2) -Z104-.
-- Go to Final Procedures
If the specified value was obtained:
-- Remove the Reducing Agent Heater Control Module -J891-. Refer to appropriate service information.
-- Using a Multimeter, Check the Reducing Agent Line Heater (Heating Circuit 2) -Z104- electrical harness connector to the Reducing Agent Heater Control Module -J891- electrical harness connector T5h for an open circuit.

If the specification was Not obtained:
-- Check the wiring for a short circuit to ground, high resistance or an open circuit.
-- Check the electrical harness connector for damage, corrosion, loose or broken terminals.
-- If necessary, repair the wiring or connections and replace any open fuses.
-- Go to Final Procedures
If the specified value was obtained:
Replace the Reducing Agent Heater Control Module -J891-.
