Start diagnosis

-- If you have DTC's for the Reducing Agent Pump Heater (Heating Circuit 2) -Z103- please click the following link. If not continue on to the next step in this procedure.

DTC's for Reducing Agent Pump Heater Z103:	Component Check	Reducing Agent Pump Heater (Heating Circuit 2) -Z103- Checking Resistance

-- Disconnect the Reducing Agent Pump -V437- / Reducing Agent Pump Heater -Z103- -4- electrical harness connector.

-- Switch the ignition On.

-- Using a multimeter, measure the voltage between electrical harness connector T5n. Refer to Wiring Diagrams for circuit details.

Reducing Agent Pump -V437- / Reducing Agent Pump Heater -Z103- electrical harness connector T5n terminal:	Reducing Agent Pump -V437- / Reducing Agent Pump Heater -Z103- electrical connector T5n terminals:

Specified value: Battery voltage

-- Switch the ignition Off.

Continue test according to the following table:

If the specified value was not obtained:	Open or shorted circuit	Checking Wiring
If the specified value was obtained:	Check reference signal circuit	Checking Wiring
