-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Remove the ignition key, if equipped.

-- Remove the luggage compartment left trim panel. Refer to LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the expanding rivet -2- and remove the Anti-Theft Protection and GPS Control Module -J961- -1- from the bracket. Pay attention to the notch -arrow-.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -3 and 4- from the Anti-Theft Protection and GPS Control Module -J961- -1-.
