Digital Sound System Control Module -J525-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Raise the left front seat into its highest position and then move it all the way back.

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Remove the ignition key, if equipped.

-- Remove the expanding rivets -2-, slide the cover -1- evenly in the direction of travel and remove it.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -3- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Insert the :VAS6223/9  -1- onto the MOST Bus connector -2-.

-- Release and disconnect the connector -4- from the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1-.

-- Remove the screws -2-.

-- Pivot the Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- -1- out of the bracket.

Remove the bracket. Refer to Digital Sound System Control Module -J525- BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
