1. ABS Control Module -J104-
   • Refer to Control Module for ABS J104/Hydraulic Unit for ABSN55, Removing and Installing  .
2. Brake Line to Right Rear Brake Cylinder
   • Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with shorter thread M12 x 1
   • With commercially available standard tools: 14 Nm
   • With special tools Mini Torque Wrench VAS6854, Torque Wrench - Universal Joint VAG 1410/7 and Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm VAG 1410/6: 12 Nm
3. Brake Line to Left Front Brake Caliper
   • 5.25 mm diameter and tube fitting with thread M 10 x 1
   • With commercially available standard tools: 14 Nm
   • With special tools Mini Torque Wrench VAS6854, Torque Wrench - Universal Joint VAG 1410/7 and Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm VAG 1410/6: 12 Nm
4. Brake Line to Right Front Brake Caliper
   • Diameter 5.25 mm and tube fitting with shorter thread M12 x 1
   • With commercially available standard tools: 14 Nm
   • With special tools Mini Torque Wrench VAS6854, Torque Wrench - Universal Joint VAG 1410/7 and Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm VAG 1410/6: 12 Nm
5. Brake Line to Left Rear Brake Cylinder
   • 5.25 mm diameter and tube fitting with thread M 10 x 1
   • With commercially available standard tools: 14 Nm
   • With special tools Mini Torque Wrench VAS6854, Torque Wrench - Universal Joint VAG 1410/7 and Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm VAG 1410/6: 12 Nm
6. ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
   • Refer to Control Module for ABS J104/Hydraulic Unit for ABSN55, Removing and Installing  .
7. Torx Bolt
   • Replace after removing
   • Quantity: 4
   • Refer to Fig 1
8. Brake Line to Master Brake Cylinder Secondary Piston Circuit
   • Diameter 6 mm and tube fitting with thread M 12 x 1
   • With commercially available standard tools: 14 Nm
   • With special tools Mini Torque Wrench VAS6854, Torque Wrench - Universal Joint VAG 1410/7 and Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm VAG 1410/6: 12 Nm
9. Brake Line to Master Brake Cylinder Primary Piston Circuit
   • Diameter 6 mm and tube fitting with thread M 12 x 1
   • With commercially available standard tools: 14 Nm
   • With special tools Mini Torque Wrench VAS6854, Torque Wrench - Universal Joint VAG 1410/7 and Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm VAG 1410/6: 12 Nm
