Radiator Module, Disassembling

-- Remove the radiator module. Refer to Radiator Module, Removing and Installing .

-- Push in the left and right tabs -1- for the fan shroud in the -direction of the arrow A-.

-- Remove the fan shroud -2- in the -direction of the arrow B- from the radiator.

-- Disconnect the air ducts -1- and -2-. For this, release the retainers -arrows-.

-- Additionally release the lower retainers -3-. Push the air guide -1- and -2- apart.

Condition

In order to be able to remove the condenser/gas cooler, the radiator blind -2- must first be pulled 15 mm out of the locking tab.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging the fabric blind of the radiator blind.

- Only push or pull the frame of the radiator blind.

-- Push in the left and right retaining straps -1- for the radiator blind -2- in the -direction of the arrow A-.

-- Touch the outer radiator blind -2- and pull 15 mm upward out of the catch in the -direction of the arrow B-.

-- Push in the left and right retaining straps -1- for the condenser/gas cooler in the -direction of the arrow A- and remove the condenser/gas cooler -2-.

-- Pull off the condenser/gas cooler -2- upward from the radiator in the -direction of the arrow B-.

-- Remove the radiator blind from the radiator.
