Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera R242, Removing And Installing: Removing

The Driver Assistance Systems Front Camera -R242- will be called the front camera in the information that follows.

-- Remove the lower cover. Refer to INTERIOR REARVIEW MIRROR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Unclip the front camera -2- in the direction of -arrow A- and remove it in the direction of -arrow B-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-.

-- Remove the front camera. Refer to DRIVER ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS FRONT CAMERA R242, REMOVING AND INSTALLING  .

-- Free up the wire and disconnect the connector -3-.

-- Remove the window defogger -1- in direction of -arrow-.
