Control Module For ABSJ104/Hydraulic Unit For ABSN55, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:
- The hydraulic unit is prefilled. Only remove the plugs on the hydraulic unit if the corresponding brake line is installed, so that sufficient filling and bleeding is guaranteed.
- When installing the hydraulic unit, make sure the rubber bushing is not pushed out of the bracket
-- Position the brake lines using the Wrench - Assembly Tool: VAG1410/8 in sequence -1 to 6-.
-- Tighten the brake lines in the sequence -1 to 6-.
-- Remove the Brake Pedal Actuator: VAG1869/2 .
-- Refer to Hydraulic System, Bleeding .
If the ABS Control Module -J104- was Replaced, then the Test Plan for Replacing the Control Module must be Completed.
-- Complete the "Control module, replacing" function with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to Diagnostic Entries .
