Fuel System Relay Power Supply Check
- On all models, attach a jumper wire between terminal No. 21 and ground. Measure voltage across terminal No. 9 and ground. Relay should click on and battery voltage should be indicated. If not, check connector and wiring harness back to ignition switch. Check system relay and fuse.
- On 2.8L models, ground terminal No. 21 to close main relay. Ground terminal No. 17. Relay should close and fuel pump should start. Connect a voltmeter between ground and terminal No. 8 of 25 terminal connector, right of the "A" post. Voltmeter should read battery voltage.
