Fuel Pump Circuit Test

  1. With fuel injection system relay removed, check for battery voltage at Terminal No. 30. If battery voltage is not present, repair wiring between relay connector and battery. See Figure .
  2. Connect jumper wire between terminals No. 30 and 87/2 of fuel pump relay connector. Fuel pumps should now run. If not, check wiring between pump and relay. Also check wiring between terminals No. 87/1 and 85 for continuity, repair as required.
