Installing The Front Timing Cover

NOTE:

Make sure that the belt cover is in position before the cover is pressed in against the rear timing casing, to prevent damage to the nipple on the thermostat housing.

Install:

the front timing belt cover
the hose between the thermostat housing and the expansion tank
the surround, cover and air ducts for the control module box.
