Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) CEM-3A03 is stored if the central electronic module (CEM) registers that the power supply to the fuel pump (FP) is missing when the fuel pump (FP) relay is activated.

None

Possible Source 

• Defective relay.
• Blown fuse.
• Open-circuit in the supply cable.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The engine does not start.
