The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored if the multimedia module (MMM) registers abnormal DVD player function.

The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be diagnosed when the ignition is switched on.

• The control module has detected an internal fault.

• The information on the display is not updated.
