Transmission Oil Level - Checking: Notes

WARNING:
Take great care when the vehicle is raised, the splashguard under the engine is removed and the engine is running. Watch out for rotating components on the engine and the radiator fan. Be especially careful with your hair and fingers.

Only use transmission oil with Volvo part no.: 116 1540-8 (1-litre), 116 1640-6 (4-litre).
