Gear Selector Inhibitor Status Request

The value indicates the status of the gear selector inhibitor (shiftlock) in the gear selector assembly. The transmission control module (TCM) controls a solenoid in the gear selector assembly that locks the gear selector.

Active = The solenoid locks the gear selector.

Not active = The solenoid allows the gear selector to be moved.
