Checking The Central Electronic Module (CEM)

CAUTION:

This diagnostic trouble code may be generated if the central electronic module (CEM) is replaced in the vehicle and either comes from another vehicle or is loaded with incompatible software.

Check that the correct central electronic module (CEM) is installed.

Check that the central electronic module (CEM) is loaded with the correct software for this vehicle. Read off the vehicle configuration via service for central electronic module (CEM).
