Position Check

Connect SCS Service Connector (07PAZ-0010100) or Honda PGM tester to 2-pin service check connector located under glove box. See Figure. Turn ignition on. VSA activation indicator light will come on, then go off. Press VSA OFF switch once before VSA activation indicator comes on again. Check to ensure that VSA activation indicator comes on when steering wheel is straight ahead (neutral position), and goes off when steering wheel is turned left or right more than 2.5 degrees. If VSA activation indicator operation is not as specified, go to POSITION MEMORIZING .
